When I was approached by a friend of the owners, an architectural consultant, to facilitate and co-ordinate the reno from inception to completion, I couldn’t have guessed how exhilarating this project would be! The first step was to start with the conceptual development of designs and identify suitable subcontractors. I have always been a believer of teamwork and the fruit of our labour was definitely worth every drop of sweat! The guys (and gals) were working non-stop and the owner’s were hands-on all the way. The rebranding of this beloved restaurant tells the story of a family passionate about their roots, their food and their customers - this is the place where customers become friends, and later family.
