The brief was to furnish this triple story beach front property in a contemporary style and incorporate colours that compliment the amazing views. The aim would be to create a family home with seamless flow between the exterior & interior space. Custom designed furniture creates maximum seating for this sizeable family who love to entertain. The homeowner’s love of colour is seen in the use of colorful fabric in a variety of blues and greens. Combining these with various neutrals and textures add a touch of sophistication which result in a perfect combination for the whole family, young and old, to enjoy. A mock leather banquet bench with block detailed back combined with a show stopper oak dining table & beautiful chairs, were the perfect solution both aesthetically and for all practical purposes to hide an outdated kitchen island as it was not to be removed. The combination of ceiling fitted sheer curtains with sheer roller blinds proved to be the best option for window treatments in all the living areas.
