A full interior redesign and renovation – helping the owner who lives oversees, to identify suitable contractors as well as overseeing the project from concept to completion.

Warm, earthy tones of brown were used to create a masculine, soft industrial yet welcoming space. Walls were to come down and ceilings were to be extended to create a large open plan kitchen. The aim was to create a functional space & include a nook area in the kitchen. With good design, a beautiful dining area overlooking the views outside, was included. The family are now able to accommodate at least 8 people at the table when necessary as well as ample space to prepare food in the sleek designed kitchen.

The TV lounge was grounded with an authentic vintage Persian carpet & dark leather corner sofa. Hints of luxurious gold are seen in the metallic scatters as well as the insides of the black pendants in the kitchen. A custom designed armless corner sofa is upholstered with 100% polyester that resembles leather. This was the best choice for this area as the sunlight won’t fade or dry out fabric as it would do to leather and with grandchildren visiting, it is low maintenance and stain & scratch resistant.
